EMILY RIES // DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & CLIENT RELATIONS

Emily brings an extensive background in sports marketing and professional athlete client relations to the Clarity Sports team. Her support, dedication, and personal attention through a vast network of contacts helps get the players what they want and need. At just 22 years old, Emily formed Level 5 Sports, LLC and quickly learned the ins and outs of the sports industry while working with members of the Baltimore Ravens on local marketing deals, autograph deals, charity events, as well as day-to-day needs. Emily then spent five years at Under Armour where she negotiated endorsement deals and served as the primary contact for NFL players. Known as "the Under Armour Girl" because her presence in professional football as a young woman was unique, Emily quickly earned a reputation for her integrity, hard work, and ability to build sincere, trusting relationships. Most recently, Emily founded Blitz Sports Group, LLC where she assisted athletes and companies with social media and marketing campaigns, and consulted with corporate sponsors on athlete endorsements. Emily was selected as a member of the NFLPA Marketing Representative Advisory Committee in 2015, a position afforded to a select group of marketing representatives in the industry. Emily received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts' Sports Marketing program. She lives in Baltimore, MD with her husband Ben and son Baker.
